Casale dei Dotti is an old farmhouse built in 1864 and surrounded by an age-old olive grove with a piscine and a solarium terrace: here you can plunge yourself into the colors, the smells and the peacefulness of Umbrian countryside, even thought you remain at only 15 km far from  city center.
The farmhouse is at the foot of Mountains and the  National Park where you can do excursions by foot, mountain bike or on horse. Close to the most important cities of art and only 3 km far from A Golf Club, Casale dei Dotti is located in the very heart of the region and it represents at best the Art of Living in our green region.
The farmhouse was recently renovated and it is divided in 6 cozy and spacious apartments (La Cantina 4+2; L’Etruschetto 2+1; Il Granaio 2+2; Gli Archi 3+2; Pietra Regina 4+2; Tetium 3+2) with every comforts, independent entries and fully equipped kitchens (with kitchenware, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction stove). Some apartments have also a fireplace, so, during the winter, you can enjoy reading a good book in front of the fire, sipping a glass of good wine and forgetting the frenetic rhythm of the city.
The top floor apartments, Pietra Regina and Tetium, have a gallery with a wide roof window from where you can admire the starry nights. Etruschetto apartment has a big stone bathtub which was made with parts of the original basin for the wine-pressing: here you can relax completely in a perfect balance among modern comfort and local tradition.
Casale dei Dotti allow to its guests to have a direct contact with animals and the surrounding nature; here they can also taste wholesome food produced according to the pace and the rules of the earth. In October and November the guests can also participate to olive harvest and they will get a bottle of the oil that they, themselves, have made.
